Once we agree on all details, we'll create a full estimate to make sure our services land within your budget. (most of the time they do) Our team will then work with you on a timeline to accomplish your event setup objectives.
Before the event, we'll send you a list of all crew and their contact info. They'll understand what's happening at the event. So all you have to do is check them in and direct them on site. We can also hire out this role so that you have one person as the liaison between your team and our crew.
